Common questions
How do image credits work?
Each image you convert or compress uses one credit. If you upload 10 images, 10 credits are used. Credits work on both the Converter and the Compressor. When you are signed in and have credits, the daily free limit does not apply.
What happens when my credits run out?
You go back to the free limit of 20 images a day on each tool. You can buy another pack any time and the new credits are added to what you have left.
Is the image pack a subscription?
No. It is a one-time payment of ₹500. Nothing renews automatically.
What is a "token request" in the text editor?
Every time the editor loads on your website, it asks our server for a short-lived session token. That counts as one request. The token is valid for 10 minutes.
Can I use the editor on localhost?
Yes. Add "localhost" or "127.0.0.1" to your license's allowed domains. It does not count toward your domain limit.
How do I pay?
Payments are processed by Razorpay. You can pay with UPI, cards, netbanking or wallets. Credits or your plan are activated right after payment.
